Ceramica Artistica Sorrentina store respects the existing Italian legislation about e-commerce.

For each order placed Ceramica Artistica Sorrentina invoices of material sent by mail order all'intestatario ex art. 14 DPR 445/00 and Decree 52/2004. Data supplied by the customer when the order will be included in the bill.
No change will be possible after the issuance of the invoice.

Methods of payment

Purchases made on Ceramica Artistica Sorrentina are safe and secured and can be performed in different ways:

    Paying by credit transfer the order will be handled only after a bank credit receiving confirmation.
    Payment must be made within 7 days from date of order. Go past the deadline, the order will be automatically canceled. The bank transfer purpose must necessarily bring the order number, the order date and client name.

    Selecting the type of PayPal payment, you will be redirected to a page on the PayPal site where  in you can enter with your email address and password and make payment.
    Your financial data will not be shared with Ceramica Artistica Sorrentina but they will be handled directly by PayPal.
    In case of order cancellation or rejection by Ceramica Artistica Sorrentima, the amount will be refunded to your PayPal account and Ceramica Artistica Sorrentina will be not responsible for delays and / or damage during repayment.

Information regarding cancellation policy

Purchases from the Ceramica Sorrentina website are subject to Italian Legislative Decree 206/05, that guarantees the right to withdraw, for whatever reason, the purchase contract

  • the European regulation commonly known as the Right to Cancel states that this right may be exercised only by consumers, excluding purchases made by retailers or by those who in any capacity purchase for resale to third parties
  • shipping costs will be borne by the customer
  • On his arrival in our warehouse, the goods will be examined to assess possible damage or tampering (the integrity of the asset returns is an essential condition for exercising the Right to Cancel). We therefore recommend extreme caution in preparing the package, for example using the original packaging
  • to exercise that right, you need to send us a communication within 10 days from the receipt of goods ordered and send the goods back within further 15 days

Return steps

Send an e-mail to info@ceramicasorrentina.it containing the statement you want to exercise their Right of to Cancel, indicating all the data requested:

  • internal order number and order date
  • invoice number
  • products list subject of withdrawal
  • your IBAN for the bank-transfer

Then you have to wait a communication from our Customer Service, authorizing the return.

Upon receipt of such communication, must return the goods within a further 15 days to:

Time for reimbursement

Ceramicasorrentina.it will reimburse the customer within 14 working days from receipt of goods.
We reimbursement to Customer the value of the goods shown in the invoice. In the above amount does not include shipping costs. This is in accordance with Article. 5, paragraph 6, Legislative Decree No 185, 22/05/1999

Complaints

For shipments that may arrive damaged, the purchaser is provided, upon notification of the incident, a shipment free replacement.
